What LowestBin collects
Nothing that identifies you. LowestBin has no accounts, sign-up forms or comments, sets no cookies of its own, and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Settings saved in your browser
A few preferences are saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit: the tab you last viewed on each price board, the benchmark you picked, and any target prices you set. They stay on your device and are never sent to LowestBin. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Other services the site uses
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.
- Product images. Some product photos load directly from the store's own servers, which receive the same basic request details.
Store and affiliate links
When you click a link to a store, you leave LowestBin. Some links are affiliate links: the store or its affiliate network (such as Amazon Associates or Impact) may set cookies to record that you came from LowestBin, so a purchase can be credited. That happens on their sites and is covered by their privacy policies, not this one. See the affiliate disclosure.
Children
LowestBin is a general-audience site and doesn't knowingly collect any information from children.
